Shipping and Refund policy

Refund policy:

Mojo Boutique LLC and Mojo Boutique AG (hereinafter referred to as "Mojo Boutique"), respectively a Wyoming Limited Liability Company and a Swiss Corporation, believe that sustainability is a long-term commitment, so we encourage our clients to shop responsibly and to ask us any questions you might have before purchasing. We are here to make sure that your purchase is the one! But don't worry. We offer a refund policy

 

  • We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days to request a refund after the date in which your item is delivered.

 

  • To initiate the refund process, please contact us via email at noellie@mojoboutique.com. Please provide your name, your order number, and enclose some photos of the product in the email. We’ll process your request within 3 business days. 

 

  • To be eligible for a full refund, please ensure that any items received damaged or incorrect shipments are reported within 30 days of receipt. Each of our handmade pieces undergoes a meticulous 3-step quality control process to ensure unmatched quality. If an issue arises despite this, we’re here to assist with your full refund request.

 

  • If you wish to return an item that matches the quality and description, we offer a return option with a refund, minus shipping costs. Shipping costs vary based on your location in the USA or Europe. Please note that the return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns for store credit is completely free.

Mojo Boutique will waive the return shipping fees and offer a full refund in the following situations:

  • The product is damaged in transit;
  • The product is too defective to use;
  •  Sent the wrong product to customers;

We will send you a shipping label from an express company of our choosing. Then you can take it with the package to its nearest local facility to send them back to us or we can arrange for pick up at your home address.

A Package that is sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we receive your return. We will arrange an inspection within a timely manner but not more than 4 business days from receipt of the item and let you know if the refund application is approved, or in the alternative what actions need to be taken to approve your application. Refunds may be denied if the product is improperly packed or damaged.

After confirming the product is in good condition, we will issue a refund right away. You’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 10 additional business days to process the payment before the refund is credited to your account. Your banking institution may take longer to apply any returned funds to your account and Mojo Boutique has no ability to control or influence the timeliness of the transaction once a refund is issued from our end.

Be aware that we only use natural materials such as rattan and massive wood, because we do not use composite wood or formaldehyde and any chemicals, it implies that changes of temperature, humidity and brightness in a room make the material “work”, “adapt” and slightly move with time. It makes it even more unique, but it also implies that some cracks can appear over time and that colours of the wood can slightly change (especially if it is constantly exposed to the sun). These changes are not an acceptable reason for return after the 30-day no-hassle return policy.

Shipping policy: 

At Mojo Boutique, we strive to ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please note that shipping times vary depending on the product, and specific details are provided on each product page.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as courier disruptions from DHL or FedEx.

For our European customers, please note that local import taxes are not included in the shipping cost and may be charged separately by your local customs authority.
